Agree with you bro. Always must hear both sides of the story.

 

If that is not possible the video would at least give an indication of what happened.

 

In the absence of both i.e. 7677 driver not forthcoming or simply don't know he has been accused of something & no video to back up TS's claims, what we are doing is pure speculation.

 

Suggest to moderator to lock this thread until TS has something to show

Can't agree with your thinking to 'wack him' .... to me, every driver got duty of care to avoid accidents.

Also, if I just ram in, who knows, that driver might lose control, panic and cause even greater accident, and maybe someone gets hurt.

 

Anyway, I got better things to do than go through the hassle with claims and the lost time going to workshops etc.

 

I only have a curb rash, not worth reporting
