Hi TS, since u are not seeking any comp from SKW7677A, I hereby apologise to u on his behalf. I'm very very sorry for what he did to you, and the anguish he caused. If u accept this apology, please close thread. Thanks you bro.

PS I don't know him...

At least offer $50 to TS for him to repair his rim.

SKW7677A, there still a long long way for you to enjoy your life, dun need to drive in hurry, rush or so urgent.  Just yesterday in Taiwan the driver rush to attend someone's funeral and now he has his own funeral.  So sad.

In your circumstance, SKW would have been half way overtaking you & u could clearly sense it that it will not complete the move w/o hitting you. I will hold my car horn & step on the brake.

Exact same thouguts. Horn first to warn off, if the idiot continues same path, yhen long dio woh sia...clear whose fault it will be...with video evidence of course.

P plate some more...sorry to P platers, but i try and keep clear of tgem or have my hand ready on the car horn

To the driver of SKW7677A at about 1030 this morning.

Are you aware that you ran me off the road at Eng Neo Ave????

You came into my Lane and we very nearly collided!! I managed to brake and swerve to avoid you but I have damage to my left wheel due to impact with the curb!!

Sorry to hear that... I must say you did the right thing. Without you avoiding, there will be another accident case which benefits no one. I know its hard to swallow but just tell yourself that you manage to minimise that impact and in return, you only suffer from a minor wheel damaged....

Just report the case to TP, with or without evident, it will be filled as a record. Nothing much you can do other than that. When we are on the road, there are plenty of jokers around and we can only be extra careful and alert to avoid them...

Nowadays, many kuku drivers on d road. Just yesterday I was driving along Bedok North Ave 3 towards Bedok Reservoir Rd. I was travelling straight on middle lane. On my left is a civic slightly infront of me. Suddenly a comfort cab infront of d civic stop to alight a passenger. Bloody hell, tis civic, suddenly just swerve right to pass d taxi. I got a shock n tot tiao liao n same time step on d brake. Luckily, behind me, no car. d best thing is tat I horned at d bugger n seems he don't know what is happening.

Contact Insurance....No injuries,TP no "entertain",except real danger.

Think for TS case, it's good to alert TP since tat driver is P plate. Maybe d P period of 1yr can be extended for another couple of months as it will be danger to future drivers.

You are on his blind spot... If u see in front of him is a taxi having intention to stop or pick up people, you should have slow down in anticipating cibic sudden swing over to overtake taxi which is very common or u step on gas to move so much ahead of cibic which put you in front of him and away from his blind spot.... My rule number one is not to stay near anyone's blind spot whenever possible... Either slow down or pull ahead if have to... Hehe

d road at tis hour, 6pm is heavy with cars. My opinion is tat if any one is being blocked by a stationary car, should wait n signal his intention for d car behind to give way.

You are definitely correct to say that kuku should stop and not filter without checking his blind spot..

But what I'm saying is sometime, or most of the time after years of seeing how these kuku drive, we should have some instinct on what will happen or how that kuku will react and most of the time I could guess it right and already anticipating his kuku moves...

Anyway, glad no accident and that's all matter.. Drive safe... Hehe...

If you have car cam and right of way sometimes it is better to just wack him and claim against him. This way both parties will need to make a report to respective insurance company.

He might not even be in the forum to see your message.

By the way did you make a report (to your insurance company)?

Bro.. Kinda of risky. I heard usually 50-50 in such cases.

Not forever lah. Extend probation for another few months to remind tat person more careful & circumspect. I knew of a P driver; 1st time got speeding fine; one week later knock into public property. Lol.

Driving under a instructor and driving on his/her own totally different situation.
