@vid any android device on your wifi can Stream from your nas. Just use mx player plus access the file via es Explorer

 

By android device you mean phone or tv box? I only use iPhone. As for tv box, I only connect via LAN. Wifi can stream most movies from my NAS but since my tv box is just next to my router, I rather connect via lan cable for better connectivity.

Try mobdro to see it works for you. Does Not for me. The version available in the fb group.

 

Also sea TV. That one got some Chinese version of nat geo I think

Any android device. Yup I use lan. But wifi should be OK

I dunno how to post pic but about 700 channels, sg, astro, jap, hk, india, korea,.etc

 

Ha i only care about soccer channels.

 

Definitely will have wu xing. CCTV +5 right.

Got sky sports, astro supersports, BeinTV?

Mobdro works on my android.

 

somehow it doesn't work for me even if i install the correct version.

I managed to install kodi and Genesis Liao

Resolution + streaming is solid

but the yify source got bad pop ups

Impossible to close one

I just shut down computer

Think another thing not mentioned, is that u can reduce the timeout (time it takes to search the sources before giving up). default is 40s.

I reduce to about 20s. 

 

If u want to keep the settings and import them to another android device (say tvbox) without redo-ing all your configurations etc,

What u can do is to use windows/ES explorer to copy the hidden kodi userdata folder. Just copy that to another copy of kodi, all your settings and addons will be retained.

They are not educated enough to filter out fraud pop ups from genuine notices

I haven't come across any pop ups so far, not sure how it got into yours.

Maybe you installed something else, not supposed to be there ?
