PI Workshops vs AD Workshops

I only have personal experience with kah motor and tan chong. 

Kah motor is good, technical and service. 

Generally, i find that younger service advisors provide better service.

Basically, workshops in SG, be it 3rd party or AD, just want to earn $ from car owners. Best is to read up on internet, seek opinions from other workshops when in doubt. They will always ask u to change this and change that even when it is not necessary.

I am actually doing a research for my next car...dun wanna buy a car and ended up with a AD workshop that has bad technical knowledge or 'siam' their responsibilities for warranty claims or add jobs unnecessarily...
