Car is still under warranty right if you got it recently? Better not mess with it internally unless you don't mind voiding the warranty.

My previous ride was a lancer glx and i went to cnc to change the spoiler brake light. The SE there was kind enough to give me his spare spoiler brake light as he is changing ride soon but need to have it replace by their mechanic and pay for labour cost. Can you make a guess how much is their labour cost? It cost me $160 exclude gst just to change the spoiler brake light and all it took was 10min to get it replace.

cnc are really ripping their customers off.

 

had a bad experience at the mitsubishi showroom when i really wanted to sign the lancer after test driving it.

 

the sales chap insisted i had to meet the following conditions:

 

1) trade in my existing vehicle (avante 09 manual), and he offered me 12k (what on earth?!) but he said with the trade in discount, actually my car is worth more. i'm not dumb dude. 

 

2) take minimum in house finance of 70% loan for 7 years loan at 2.5% (seriously?)

 

3) no other discounts or add ons.

 

shortly after, he smsed me and he said he found a dealer offering me 15k for my avante but insisted I had to trade it in for the price. 

 

come to think of it, i'm really glad i didn't sign for the lancer although it was really tempting but the sales chap was horrible.

Really thier marketing chase always many many car buyers ... $5000 trade in car + $5000 loan/insurance ... I got no trade in car and wish to pay full have to add $10,000 ???
