Possibly due to that. Also, due to quota cut, all panic mode for those havent get in yet. Many factors avalanche into 1 snowball i guess

Actually quota only cut a bit, dont know why people get so panic? Lol. Anyway, i guess today coe result would be as shocking as the US president result. Lol.

I think its a knee-jerk effect coupled with many other underlying factors. CAT B looks promising tho. However, never know till the bell is sound! Hope all who bidding COE today get theirs!
