@Volvobrick I have lots of tools residing in similar Daiso boxes. Some are flown over from Osaka which are actually 100Y LOL.

@Lala81 I actually like the older G25, the H shifter can turn 180deg become sequential shifter. Also if u hot map it and use paddle shifting, the H shifter can act as handbrake to do handbrake turns.

Any of you know if this type of swatter is effective?

I agree with lala81. You have to hunt them by moving it around. The zap sound upon contact is damn shiok.

No need such a hi tech one. Those selling around $7 from neighbourhood stores will do. It works for ages on 1 AA battery.

For those hunting mosquitoes and have a TV in the room, go look for the mosquito on the TV.

This is a top tip which was discovered by my wife.

Sometimes if i can't kill it, I will leave the room and come back occasionally to check the TV. then overlay the fly swatter where it is...

same as my home.

prime areas for mosquito congregation - edge of tv, under the sofa, near my laptop bag which is black. Basically anywhere where it is dark colored.

yeah we used to kill mosquitoes quite easily in our BTO. But that was cos the floor is white tiles...

Now move to here with the vinyl overlay, very hard to spot them sometimes.

i used to have the battery type in my old home.

Not easy to hunt them even moving it around. Recently the mozzie in my cave quite clever, always woke me up from the sleep and yet never see the mozzie at all, even i sit and wait for a while or moving all the stuff around. 😮‍💨

some mosquitoes are sting for a short while then move on, sting again, then sting again.

Those are the hardest to kill. may need a multi-day hunt...

Such swatter is useful only if the mozzie appear. Many times i got bitten by the mozzie or slap on the mozzie but missed it. The mozzie would never appear buzzing around anymore, and by the time saw it again is i already got bitten by the mozzie again. 😅

you got sweet blood. best buddy to have going outdoors... they bite you and not me.
