Oil price can crash but will SP lower their rates is a different matter. Smlj reasons to keep it high also can be possible.

Fuel cost makes up a substantial component of our cost

and we happily put up our prices for all you suckers.

When oil price goes up down.

Fuel Fixed cost makes up a substantial component of our cost

and we happily put up our prices for all you suckers.

If tariff is reducing over next 12 months, 

$423 (additional expenses) vs $80 (Rebate + Voucher)

I know which 1 to choose

We need more fly by night competitor to bring down the price. Like MVNOs that bring the price of SIM plan come down with better data plan and value added service.

yup. $80 freebies for 24 month contract is not sexciting. $80 freebies for 12 month contract then I'll consider.
