Looks more like someone just stuffed a Hotwheels car onto a fake Hotwheels cardboard backing. I've never seen Hotwheels use photo as cover art before.

Of course it is real. But it will be unexpectedly stuck at customs and in order for it to be released, $6,969 will have to be paid into an overseas bank account urgently, otherwise this intricate creation will be thrown into the deep blue sea which will be a travesty to its curated choice of paint colour.
