Acceleration -- CVT vs auto

Been reading through many blogs of CVT vs DCT. Undecided but swaying towards the DCT.

Planning to buy a new car soon and my shortlist have either CVT or DCT. I think DCT would be better in my situation as often in the traffic here in Uruguay you need fast acceleration for overtaking and pulling out, do not want any delays or lag.
Heavy stop/start traffic during school terms, and fast 2 lane highway driving with a lot of undertaking and overtaking involved here at weekends.
My previous cars (and current) have always had the tradicional auto boxes and I'm used to the kickdown.

Who makes the Chery Tiggo2 Pro CVT?

Are they CVT boxes chinese made or do they fit it with a cvt from a well known manufacturer? They do offer a 3 or 5 year warranty.

Changan CS15/35 have the DCT which is also on my list. (4 year warranty)

How are the DCT boxes in Changan cars? 2021/2022 models.

3rd on my list is the VW T-Cross which has the DCT(DSG).

My Honda Jazz RS 1.5 (3rd Gen) uses a CVT can reach a century sprint below 10s (9.6 seconds). 

129bhp and 155Nm of torque.

Does anyone know if the Changan DCT boxes (CS15 and CS35) are wet or dry clutch designs? I think the wet is best if the atf oil is changed frequently, correct me if I'm wrong please.

i think you should ask China's ''MyCarForum'',i already told you,S'pore don't have this Model,nobody can give you the exact answer.
