Mercedes-Benz A-Class Hatchback

Went to a PI and talking about this new A200 hatchback, Iâm stuck between getting this or a GLA/CLA, price wise all similiar. Which would you guys recommend?

 

If I were to go for the A200, which I am slightly leaning towards, Iâm basiclaly making âleap of faithâ as most of us have not see the physical car itself.

GLA/CLA

1.6 121hp, torque 200Nm

 

A200

1.4 165hp, torque 250Nm

Looking at the wheel base, the new A class is much better model as compared to CLA. Cannot compare to GLA until a new GLA is out. And the new A class has more sophisticated equipment as reported. If you like Sedan, take the new A class model.

Unless u need the bigger boot space ... else take the new A class. CLA/GLA are going to be old models soon.

 

Just look at the interior update/upgrade ....

Went to see the new A-Class, an A200 at the PI the other day. Emperor Motors Pte Ltd.

 

Impressed by the level of kit. But disappointed coz manual driver seat adjustment, no memory seat, and manual front passenger seat adjustment. No sun/pano roof.

 

 

How much did they quote you? Can you pay extra for the electric seat add on or it was never an option to have electric seats for this model?

Based on the specification of CO2 emission of 123g/km, there should be a rebate of S$10,000 and not surcharge.

I think GLA just introduced a facelift so new model at least 3yrs away.

CLA i think will get a new model but even then maybe a year away?
