I think the first thing is not bring  in player.

Buy appt a high  level manager. And a good technical director and board to over see the running and  recruitment.  Set up scouts and youth system. Like what chelsea  and man c doing.

If not its throwing money into drain only

Yeah need to upgrade the training and youth facilities, improves the scout system, medical and most importantly change manager. The first team coach is graeme jones, not bad selected by southgate

Looks like big 6 will now be big 7? In fact, it could be a top 5 if Arsenal n Spurs are not careful n continue to fall behind. I always welcome new investors but they must come in with the right reason n objectives. Fine to want make money but don’t let this be the big all n end all of football club ownership. Good luck🍀

Looks like the writing is on the wall for Bruce. Conte, Lampard, Howe, Martinez amongst others are the bookie’s favourites for the job.

Conte is definitely the most reputable with a CV that is most impressive amongst those named. Although he is a combustible character, the backing of the new regime shld satisfy his demands n he shld be able to attract some of the top names n start rebuild of the Toon. He is also a good tactician n coach that is able to bring out the best in players. See how he transformed Lukaku at Inter👍

Yah if money well spent and right, newcastle should be able to challenge for europe spot. Anyway now theres financial fair play so newcastle also have its limit in spending to buy new players

i will be gutted to see conte at newcastle. rate him very highly.

Most top manager u see their reaction at the side line. its totally different from a normal manager like ole or bruce. ole dun have any expression at any decision .

see how  tuchel, kloop , conte ,pep, JM. behave at the sideline, they alway very animated ,complain at every decision that went against them. 😂

 

anw look out for the new korean guy at wolve. he just score 2 goal and give wolve their first win i think. gonna be the next son i think.

Without doubt Conte is a very good boss but I will nvr rate him near the top cos of what he did to Costa n subsequently nearly cost Chelsea $. That is conduct unbecoming of a football Mgr.

How can he just call Costa n tell him not to come back to the club as he is not wanted anymore. If he doesn’t want a player, he shld just inform the Director of Football or in Chelsea’s case Marina G n let them deal with it. I lose respect for this kind of boss👎
