Besides making a police report within 24-hours, what else should drivers do to protect themselves from cyclist who try to pull an insurance scam on you? 🤔 Also, do check out the article if you haven't already!

Traffic laws do not have capital punishment. 

Furthermore if you do not know the cyclist, there is no intent.

Max I think you get the max punishment for not keeping a proper lookout.
