It's disappointing that T4 is isolated and not linked to T1-T3 via skytrain and mrt. It puts travellers at mercy of taxis and grab. The shuttle bus gives you developing country airport vibes.

Even though the plan was T4 originally a budget terminal, does that mean the budget also.... budget? Now the plan has changed and it's making it look cmi. Hopefully authorities can work it out.
