BTW existing share holders (either of the HKSE or the NASDAQ lists) - what is the plan?

Do they have to get cashed out, or will they receive new shares of the 6 units?

It looks like listco will cease to be an operating entity and become an investment holding company.

All 6 newco will issue shares to listco.
