Hypersonic

We got no money and don't need anyone.

Because TAA moves into midfield to support Fab

suddenly Fab looks good again and we are not over run in midfield.

When Fab not available we have Bajectic and Tyler Morton.

When TAA and Fab in midfield we only need attacking midfielder

and not defensive midfielders so that's why Curtis Jones and Hendo

suddenly look so good.

When Jones or Hendo not available we also have Fabio Carvalho.

So we just need defenders especially right backs that can also plays as centre backs

and a deputy for Salah like Brennan Johnson.

5) Jules Kounde - Central Defender

This is getting better ..... [smash]

Yahoo news:-

Barcelona have been rocked by a player’s request to leave so soon after signing, and Liverpool have opened the bidding for the star who’ll be allowed to leave for £52m, per a report.

Despite their well-documented financial strife, Barcelona supplemented a series of free agent signings with several expensive captures last summer.

The likes of Jules Kounde, Raphinha and Robert Lewandowski all arrived for sizeable sums. However, according to the Daily Mail, France international Kounde wants out after just one season.

Liverpool bid for Kounde after Barcelona green light

Indeed, the German boss is labelled ‘eager’ to bring Kounde to Anfield where he’ll compete with Ibrahima Konate and Virgil van Dijk for a starting berth at centre-back.

Liverpool have reportedly ‘made an offer’, though it’s not stated how much their proposal is worth.

In any case, with Barcelona making clear a £52m bid will be enough, Liverpool know exactly where they stand in negotiations.

In encouraging news for the Reds, it’s also claimed their failure to qualify for next year’s Champions League won’t dissuade Kounde from joining. In the Mail’s words, ‘Kounde could still be tempted by the prospect of playing for the club’.

6. Dominik Szoboszlai

Yahoo news :-

An attacking midfielder who considers Jurgen Klopp the best manager in the world has greenlighted a move to Liverpool, while Man Utd are being tipped to pick up a departing Barcelona icon – all in Thursday’s Euro transfer gossip.

SZOBOSZLAI SURGES UP LIVERPOOL SHORTLIST

Liverpool are looking at Dominik Szoboszlai of RB Leipzig as an alternative to Chelsea’s Mason Mount.

That’s according to Daniel Nielson, a journalist for Denmark’s TV 2 Sport. The reporter has become the latest source to suggest Szoboszlai as a Liverpool target after a few similar claims in recent days.

All of a sudden, Szoboszlai seems to have escalated up Liverpool’s wish list. It comes after the revelation that Mount – who has been a top target for the club – would prefer to join Man Utd from Chelsea.

2 MF at least to replace the outgoing Ox, Milner, Keita and possibly Carvalho.  guess Alexis Mac Allister looks pretty likely. the other MF coming in is not that clear. I suspect it will be English as we are running short of home grown quota.

not sure how likely Jules Kounde is a target.  He sounds like a good fit since he is playing for Barca and is a versatile player as he can play RB too. A position which i hope Klopp becomes more practical with.. in tight games where Pool needs to defend, the risk is playing TAA there and lose a couple of goals.

By only retaining Salah out of the famous front 3, Klopp is making a huge vote of confidence in Salah.  He was the only one offered a long term contract on greatly improved terms. when you look at his pure stats and contributions, it is a no brainer why Klopp used all his budget on him.  So, i expect Salah to stay on and likely finish out his contract which was another 3 years to run.

Jota/Luiz/Nunez seems a bit uncertain on their fitness records lately. Only Gapko looks like an evergreen fitness player..   with 5 1st team forwards in the rotation, guess we are not exactly too worried if anyone of them is occasionally injured.

Salah is the only player in the team who played every single game of the EPL season. before we doubt his committment and longevity, we should really ask the right questions. It is also no secret how much Klopp trusts him... even in his driest spells, Klopp still has no hesitation to put him into the team.

Jota injury prone? he had 2 serious one this yr... for liverpool, if name is not naby or ox, consider fit liao

Salah will get his customory 20 goals... i more concern on left inside forward... jota, nunez and for me disappointingly Diaz, are non existent goal threats from that position.

if TAA is to be playing MF, FFS, get in a proper right back. the one we bot from Aberdeen: Injury Prone!

For MF: if can get Mount and brigton macallestier... we shld be ok
