Lando got lucky with safety car. He actually fell back a few places at the beginning and it was Oscar that was doing well overtaking both ferraris into 2nd place and thereafter maintaining not more than 2 - 3secs behind Max.

When SC happened, just nice lando pitted so end up he saved more than 10secs and went to 1st. But yes, after that he did well. This track seem to suit mclaren well. Was surprised when they didn't do well for main race quali finishing behind the 2 Ferraris. Sprint race quali lando was 2nd but could not overtake max.

It just shows it's not enough to just have a newey car. There are other things in play too.

weekend of 18-19 may, at imola!

timing for us for euro race is better than in usa .. 

ferrari should have some updates then too.
