I smelled extremely strong decomposition stench on Saturday morning

through my kitchen, from the unit opposite to mine

I told my wife, our neighbour died at home, at least a few days already

my wife said it's salted fish, I said judging from the intensity, that salted fish must be the size of a dolphin 

when we came back from breakfast, a group of men gather at the lift lobby in mask and gloves, moving a fridge

I thought, damn, husband chopped up wife or wife chopped up husband....

 

then I saw my neighbour

they went overseas, fridge spoiled and everything inside rotten 

they threw away the fridge and bought a new one 😁

Even if they visit also no one answer. Probably 2-3 months arrears then they visit. 

If visit probably still can smell after few months.

I actually had this happened. 

Came back from a trip . Enter only noticed bad smell. Open the freezer... hwahzzzzz 🤢 all the rotten meat. 

No matter how you clean, the smell will be there... even in the cooler compartment where no meat is kept. plus you cant clean the many panels, crevices, pipes and valves operating a fridge. 

If going long trip, best use up all meat before going.

Hmm.... he's got a point too.

And if you're in a 2 bedroom flat, basically can forget about 3 Gen living. Actually even with 3 tiny bedrooms, 3 Gen living is a challenge. 🤔
