This lady better be more diligent to help keep the place outside her window area and the rest of the corridor clean for herself and her neighbors.

Better don't make her problem become everybody's problem.

To start is very easy, to upkeep and resolve on-ground issues is the real challenge.

Is paying gonna solve the real issues? 
Business owners then can say they have paid hence it’s not their problem. 
Will that nip the root?

If the place or venue is not suitable then it’s not suitable. Simple. Period. 
Sometime money not the issue here.

Just a layman point of view. your usage is more; you should pay more mah.
