Unable to post pictures in threads

I realise that I am unable to post pictures recently on some topics here, even though I was able to do so previously. I get this error when I try uploading pictures, please assist thank you!

You never ask what kind of picture?

If this kind please investigate throughly so he can post and we can all see.

Isn't this a picture too? How you show the attached photo then?
