The purpose of education is to know how ignorant we humans really are.

Now everyone in SG think we are very smart.

99% think they are above average in intelligence. 

Putting it this way isn't it obvious that the education system has failed?

Only 50% of people can be above average in intelligence.

I went to one of these management training conferences and the facilitator said we want creativity from everyone and thinking out of the box.

I said I have to be honest I studied in SG and I only know how to memorise and regurgitating.

Sorry I don't know anything about creativity and thinking out of the box.

If schools want kids to do well in life they must teach them to be yes men and carry their bosses.

The last thing insecure bosses want is "creativity and thinking out of the box!"
