You have to look for a couple of things :-

1) Budget : Lighter rims means more $$$$

2) Look : The rims would transform the look of the 323. For closer spacing between the arch and tyres, use the correct tyre choice which is 195/55/R15 as your current 14 would be 185/65/R14. I use 195/50/R15 for specific reasons to my own liking.

3) If you buy new rims, be prepared for at least S$1K into the rims with tyres. Some shops do trade-in (but dun expect much) to offset your purchase price.

4) If you use the correct tyre size as (2), your speedo would be fine. Mine is a bit out as such that when I travel at 100 kph, my actual speed is 97.5 kph (or somehwre around there).

5) Fuel Consumption : Fuel consumtion might go up if u use heavier rims as the engine needs more power to rotate the rims .... I thought so in my case un til I discovered my rims are lighter than the originals so I save on Fuel Consumption. [thumbsup]

6) Offset : You rims must be of the correct offset .... if I remember correctly , the correct offset is 40.

I dun have a pix of my rims as I dun have a digital camera with me .... but u are more than welcomed to view them during meetups. Come on down bro , we can talk more then. I never took a ride on a 323 1.3 before, maybe you can give me a ride. [thumbsup]

Hi thanks for inviting me to join the weekly meet-up. But i noticed that the meet-up is fall on every Friday after 10pm, which I'm unable to make it. (because i work late every Friday). As i not really know much about car, your advise will serve as a useful guide to me. [thumbsup]

Dynamic brand (Motorsport) series, which was much much lighter. thumbsup.gif

This brand is not very popular here but is used quite extensively by Ford in the UK for its Motorsport events ,

er....how much does it cost sly.gifsly.gifsly.gif
