airmax leaked into adjoining capsule, so under hard accleration, "supercharged" effect..

very tempted myself...

but saving to get rims first before anything else...

 

PS: anyone know if the above connnected to brake hose, onli brake more effective and no power increase then rite??

Ecotek only comes in 1 size - why not try CAPSULE that comes with different sizes.

 

R - 1600 till 1800 cc

L - 1800 2000 cc

XL - above 2000

 

I drive a 1.6 Manual .. but I am velli-velli crazy so I installed a L Capsule I am monitoring my petrol consumption .

Hi Remygenn,

 

I had tried Ecotek before and found it working with my previous car. One of the important thing is Ecotek had existed in the market for more than 4 years (the day I bought the Ecotek. Not sure that company history for how many years)

 

Capsule is too big in size and can not hide when I send my car for servicing (under warranty).

 

Do share with me your result.

Recently I've seen a slightly different version of Ecotek... but works the same way, and cheaper too! It's just like the Air Injector/E68/MC/AirmaxII and other similar clones. Yet to try it out yet, but should work.

 

By the way, depending on yr vacuum hose's design, u may be able to install Ecotek without having to cut the vacuum hose, by installing extra vacuum hose in front of the existing one. Try asking the installer upfront whether "donch cut can or not ha?"
