Mobile1 1st Gear November 7, 2003 Share November 7, 2003 Leave it... Look out for people washing cars... Borrow some scratch remover from them.. that will save ur $$$$$.. If not, go for meetups.. I'm sure some1 will have it in their boots. Worst come to worst. Get a tube from Giant or Carrerfour.Get scratchX....It can remove most of the scratch among most of the brands. I think 3M also not a bad choice...

Assassin Clutched November 7, 2003 Share November 7, 2003 Hi Pillow68, You can want to try Meguairs ScratchX for light scratches. For slightly deeper scratches, you might want to try 3M Swirl Mark Remover [there are 2 types, for DARK or LIGHT cars], but you may have to apply it a few times to make the scratches less visible. Worse come to worse, you might want to do a respray. Some spray painting shops contacts are listed in the RESOURCES folder here --> http://www.mycarforum.com/forum/gforum.cgi...iew&post=181225 Cheers
Pillow68 Neutral Newbie November 7, 2003 Author Share November 7, 2003 Thanks Assasin, i will try the Meguairs ScratchX as the scratch is really light and thin. How much will it cost? Hope it's not too expensive. Will go get it later.
Honzai Neutral Newbie November 7, 2003 Share November 7, 2003 ScratchX costs between $18.90 - $20, depending on the place you buy. Carrefour and Giant may sell it cheaper.
Assassin Clutched November 8, 2003 Share November 8, 2003 Hi Pillow68, Like what Honzai mentioned, it costs ~S$18, unless there is a promo or something, then it might be even cheaper. ↡ Advertisement
