Nokian Tyres

Hi guys.. wat ya think of Nokian NRZi tyres.. i just go a pair of 17" to try it out.

doesn't matter wat we think coz more important is your field report. think we all quite curious how it performs coz not many ppl using nokian. btw, how much r the 17"?

for a while, i thought nokia also got tyres..

Heard it from the shop uncle saying that a few integras using, they say its good in wet conditions. Bought it for 210 per piece. Quite comparable to the ES100 which i'm also on.

Ya.. didn't know too.. But anyway just try it out. Btw, is it ok to use 2 different type of tyres on the car? Eg. Front 2 Nokian, Rear 2 Yokohama

17" Nokians at S$210/each !? Thats expensive man. I would rather spend S$230/each for S03s or S$250/each for Pilot Sports then.

If not wrong, Nokia (the handphone company) is indeed a major shareholder of Nokian Tyres.

I realised Nokian tyres doesn't have nice sidewalls as compared to the ES100.

Have not seen Nokian tyres up close, but agree that ES100 sidewalls are nice.

Yea.. sharp at the edges.. Really regret getting those nokian tyres. Kinda screechy in carparks as well. Rounded at the edges.. look like those cheapo tyres.

Screechy in car parks ? Hmm..maybe they are quite grippy.

 

I used to have Pilot Sports and they screech everytime I make a turn inside a car park.
