Raycsk Neutral Newbie January 21, 2004 Share January 21, 2004 (edited) My initial thoughts of Mazzy 3 After an initial test drive I decided to pop by to a showroom and take a relook at the Mazzy 3. Expecting to their all to familiar ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM theme, I was rather surprise that no hint of this. Rather crowded I must say. Apparently many internet savvy people have been waiting with baited breath for this designed wonder that is based on the all too familiar Focus platform. They removed all other models and decked the place with a few Mazzy 3s and a lonely Mazzy 2. The offering 3 main variations 2 of which are Sedans. With each main variation an option of body kit, fog lamps and several niceties; you have a confusing 6 types to Choose from. Raycsk Neutral Newbie January 23, 2004 Share January 23, 2004 Agree. I reckon March will be the time when the prices start falling. The early buyers will realise that they have bought some not too spectacular by then (cause they would gotten ised to the looks). Then spread the word on how the car performs. Mazda will then realise that it cannot sell on looks then has to fall back on the feaute that it shares the Focus platform which is not really a big deal. So they will have no choice but to reduce price. Furthermore do not forget that PARF will also go south which means a general fall in price trends but this might be buiffered by high COE prices if the Economy picks up. Chuangya Neutral Newbie January 23, 2004 Share January 23, 2004 tell u all 1st... all just my personal opinion... ok... let say ur theory abt new models is true... so when new models is out then more peoples will change to new car... what happen to the COE?... i believe it will go up rite... from newspapaer just a couple days ago it did mentioned that most new car are all sold out for the next 3-4 mths... so i predict that the COE for the coming mth will either be abt the same or may just up a little bit... now we come to the new car tax structure due to announce in Apr... i believe there are many peoples holding their purchase pending for the announcement... so once it's announce everybody "chiong" to buy car then what will happen to the COE again? u make a guess... must tell u all again... just my personal opinion and i may be WRONG... I have tested the M3, tot that the back seat has enough space for 2 adults and less legroon/headroom as well. Even the boot is smaller.
