Not too sure how huge the exposed part is, but wouldn't it be better to, if you still can, remove the antenna and actually paint the entire area up rather than use a touch-up pen and then replace the antenna ? Personally, while it would appear to be more work, I believe that would give a better, more consistent end-result.

 

And you won't need to worry about other silver bits exposing themselves in the future.

Oic... wah!! then u must get a good monitor screen cleaner liao.... if not sure quite sticky right?? another fren taught me... use "ma ma lemon" with water and a small piece of cloth to clean.... very good!!.. but wait... that's for notebook screen... don't know how well it would work for your computer screen..... hmmm......
