I am sure there is a reasonable explantion for it, can't believe Focus would have problem when it's so new. Anyway, I'm on my way to US for a two week business trip. Guess I will miss my Focus.... The agent keys in your particulars during registration and the number is computer generated and given instantaneously. Which means you are lucky!
