same here, tried both and I prefer pressure bleeding too 👍

vacuum method will suck air through bleeder screw threads

you can't tell the air bubbles in the tube is from the brake circuit or air suck through the bleeder screw threads

some people avoid that by applying thread sealant or PTFE tape on the threads

but after a few bleeding, those sealant/tape will wear off and air will pass through the threads again

Base on my observation 99% of car workshops DO NOT used Pressure Brake Bleeder even though the advantages over Vacuum Brake Bleeder is very clear. The reason for not using Pressure Brake Bleeder  is very simple - due to the need to have many master brake cylinder adapters. 

To overcome the problem, most of the European cars now come with standardized master cylinder adapter. As for the Asian Cars there is no standardization in the adapters, and this create operational problem.  With simple design Universal adaptors, the sales of pressure brake bleeders are heading north but sad to said it is not happening  in Singapore marketplace.
