I am a happy owner of Toyota Camry. I choosed it 'cause I have read a lot of good reviews on carveh.com. It's definitely a good car to buy and the redesign really works. The sporty interior and exterior along with the larger wheels add to a premium driving experience. The steering is amazingly responsive for a sports car and any stiffness is absent.

Hi, was looking at the PI Corolla Axio and was tempted by the attractive features and price. However, as it is a PI car, I'm a bit worried about the warranty and servicing as well as the availability of spare parts. Anyone can give me advice whether to buy it?

no worries buying PI corolla Axio... Toyota is a good brand... you just have to worry about getting it from the RIGHT PI... reputable ones... not those fly by night type..

Hi, am a new owner of Toyota estima. Got a question on the instrument panel lights that I can't seem to figure out. Can I turn on the instrument panel light without turning on the front lights? For daytime driving.

Hi all, I like to find out more about how BM warranty works for hybrid cars..

https://www.borneomotors.com.sg/en/service/toyota/warranty.html

In their web, was stated

- Manufacturer Warranty: 3 years (standard parts), 2 years (battery)

- Toyota Shield Extended Warranty: +2 years (standard parts)

- Hybrid Battery Extended Warranty: +7 years (battery)

Lets say all extended warranty are taken up by owner.

1st - 5th year, serviced at BM to up keep warranty.

6th year can service at external workshop? And yet retain BM battery warranty?

Thanks in advance.

Suggest you ask Borneo directly, best to ask the workshop staff, not just the SE, if you are really interested in hybrid.

Also check if the extended warranties can be transferred to 2nd/3rd owners.

I think it should not cost more than $100, exclude spray painting if I am not wrong. I remember someone total me before. There are many accessory shops I think you can check it out.

Hi all,

I just got my Toyota car after scrapping my civic recently. Any recommendations for 2 way car alarms? I'm considering a few eg Easy Car alarm, Spy, Steelmate...

What's the pro and cons?

What are other options to improve car security besides installing 2 way car alarm? Thinking of driving long distance to Malaysia and even southern Thailand.

What's the price for such 2 way car alarm?

Thank you in advance for any suggestions or recommendations. [nod]

Proud owner of a new Prius C.

But, concerning the radio, does anyone know how to disable to the need to press "okay" before the radio starts?  Or maybe just set a timeout?
