Phelan 1st Gear January 13, 2005 Share January 13, 2005 I've found out that one of the best leather conditioner/cleaner must be mink oil.
Genie47 1st Gear January 13, 2005 Share January 13, 2005 Mink oil is freaking expensive!
Brock 1st Gear June 30, 2005 Share June 30, 2005 Genie, I saw the Murphy's Oil thingy. For the rest of us guys, it looks like this: [inline murphy.jpg] However, I'm the lazy kind that prefers spray and wipe technology. This one has lanonin, mink oil and one more oil that I can't remember. It's a cleaner cum conditioner. Toalson 1st Gear July 1, 2005 Share July 1, 2005 yup... using it for the past 02 yrs on my leather seats & plastic dash...... I apply once every 2-3 mths...good enough... I was using the Refresh range n it seemed to be discontinued, now using the newer 3M for leather n vinyl. Smell not as strong but it seemed to make the leather rather squeaky after application, till any single movement could result in *fart* light sound being produced. Fortunately it didnt stay tat way for too long if not

Dipstick Neutral Newbie July 10, 2005 Share July 10, 2005 I love the smell of leather. Is there a leather cleaner/conditioner that brings back the smell?
Silgt Neutral Newbie July 10, 2005 Share July 10, 2005 (edited) Is there a leather cleaner/conditioner that brings back the smell? Yes, Zaino Z-10 "Leather In a Bottle"...acquired taste tho as smell can be too overpowering! Don't work too well for me after (only) one try...will re-apply again and see if results will be better. Best Leather Care product (by reputation) has to be Leatherique. Got both the twin bottles (Rejuvinator Oil & Prestine Clean) but haven't got time to apply it yet Edited July 10, 2005 by Silgt ↡ Advertisement
