He or she can help by giving u a summon onli without going to court. Tell them u ran out of coupon and just used it as u r going to buy somemore. BTW, they might have taken a photo of your parking coupon or ask you to surrender it to them. I do not have this experience as I scare type alway place more than needed at times. Take care.
