High spark plug cable

Dear sir how much is the cable. Do you have the stock right now.

Copper wire has been phase out donkey years, most of the spark cables since then have carbon fibre. Perfromance cable usually have silicon as the outer skin to within high engine bay temp.

How many mm is this wire?

I know stock one is abt 7-8mm. Performance cables usually 9 or 10mm.

If still the same 7 or 8mm, I dont think got much difference.

 

I actually found a brand 9.5mm at JB, abt 100+rm. But still looking for more brand b4 I buy.

bro , i think u are behind time already , now a day performance cable need not to be thick as the olden the thicker the better , is the core inside ...

Superchevy is right. Anything more than 8mm is overkill. 7-8mm is usually the optimum now.

1 qn, is the spark plug holder different from the original? the original looks it will stuck inside the engine anytime...

It look like it won't break off so easily. I just found out this afternoon that Autobacs also got sell these tornado cables. But superchevy's lobang is alot cheaper.

Does your car still jerk after install it

There is still some minor vibrations but those very "rough" jerkings are very much reduced!

What is most impt is the resistance of the cable per foot or meter. Compare the reading with the stock cables ( length for legnth ) and if it is very much lower than the performance cable it should be able to allow more KV to the plugs.

You may have to increase the plug gap or change to a cooler heat range plug
