Picanto OPC will decrease, Getz OPC will increase. Because OPC 17k rebate first offset COE, then offset ARF. If COE drop below 8k, Picnato OPC price cannot cut any more.

Latest from the horse's mouth.

Kia Rio 1.4m Sedan : $38,999

Kia Rio 1.4a Sedan : $41,999

They reduced $2k off the last price. I did not confirm but believe it applies for the other models as well.

Oh yah. Can only take delivery between early Apr and late June. Worldwide shortage.

Is that the normal or sports version? Saw the handout, the sports version comes with bucket leather seat, DVD player, LCD monitor to view ur rear, 15" Advanti, titanium exhaust tip.

That would be the normal version. the sports version cost another 3 grand.

But i believe this price is not valid anymore. SE told me last friday was the last day for this price. It should be 40,999 & 43,999 respectively now.

When you take delivery in Apr to June, prices would have dropped at least another S$2K to S$3K.

No point buying now in this case, unless they can deliver within a month.

Imagine those who paid S$48K for the Rio when it was launched just a few months back in late 2005 [sweatdrop]

Last sat. me n hubby went to car city, i really fall in love wif Kia Rio very spacious, i wanted to book but SM said that the car only arrive in somewhere in May-June, he advise me not to book now coz, it valid only for 3 months after that if the price of Rio increase you have to apply again. So now i still waiting for the car to arrive and will consider to get it or not. (if the price still reasonable/same)

So as for your case i think u have to apply again when the car arrive, or you can check wif the SM.

Despite not travelling on the expressway a lot and my car is usually "fully loaded" with 3 adults & 2 kids, I average 14km/l. Not too bad if you ask me but I suspect that CAI might change the FC a little (For the better).
