Tanhl Neutral Newbie April 22, 2005 Share April 22, 2005 Can anyone suggest who to complaint to at GM. SA is unable to solve the problem, i am driving an optra (A). My car will start to jerk during morning warming up and during idling, this problem occurs since day one i collected my car and is already been 4 months. Please help should you know the contacts. I think previosuly some of the optra's owner have this type of problem due to engine mount problems. Think it was solved. I think you should request to test and start any of the test drive car there to show them whether every car "is like that one". That would shut their mouth for sure... When I got my Optra (A), initially quite a lot of jerking during warm up. As months go by the jerking is lesser in frequency, and also lesser in magnitude. How does yours do ?
