Pisces69 6th Gear December 30, 2005 Share December 30, 2005 U must remember that when the engine is cold, the water in the reservoir will be sucked into the radiator. When the engine heats up, the water will be pushed back into the reservoir. The reservoir is also known as the expansion tank. There r two horizontal lines on the tank. A "Max" & a "Min" mark. When cold, the water sud b slightly above the "Min" mark. When hot, it sud b around the "max" mark.
