Hi chevy owners

Just got back from my 10K servicing. [drivingcar]

To be fair to the service staffs at starauto, I feel that SA customer service (Staff and technicians) are very friendly, personalized and willing to help out car owners. Sometimes, we just got to understand that problems with our cars may not be solved with the snap of our finger. It takes time to find minor problems and that most of them will really have to evolve into a bigger problem before the technicians can verify and validate it.

Fellow chevy owners, next time servicing go look for Jac Phua. [gorgeous]

Service si bei ho [thumbsup][laugh]

Cheers

Joe

Got to add that they really try their best to please customers but sometimes some people get greedy and demand too much ! Got to bear in mind the kind that it is a cheapo Chevy we have bought and not a pricy Jaguar or Volvo !

It hard to please everybody, you know ?

Yeh..this is my second servicing....5000+ of mileage.

Heard alot of stories and nightmares from SA......but this time proves that they listen. Maybe i'm just lucky.

Was attended by Daniel( Good Job with definitely a praise to be given). Most of the time we converse in Hokkien. Complaint abt my car paintwork with plenty of small little dots etched into the clearcoat. I got my car in early Feb and its now...lke a mess on the paintwork esp under carpark lighting. The matter was brought to the Cheverolet Service manager...inspected my car thoroughly...agreed with the strange contamination on my paintwork...guess what...

Nay.... they do not respray. They have gotten the service manager down from GM to inspect my car on the same day....waiting was tough though. Finally, it was so called diagnosed as acid rain attack which most likely is the case and a free polish was given to my optra. Both the service managers listens and gave quite sond advice. Job well done.

Well managed to lightened the very bad water spot marks....and gotten my car today. They do keep their promise for prompt delivery of just 1 day. Overall not that bad though i would still prefer my car to be resprayed.

Hi Zumon, what color is your ride? Noticed mine is also cloudy or with two tone when it is under the light. (Silver).

Mine is red. I have the clear coat being "eaten into". Very clear when under carpark light and not under the sky during daylight. Managed to show them after i advised them to drive it into the shelter. Anyhow, they will show you other cars of the same condition...not as bad as mine though i really wash and wax dutifully. I guess the complimentary polish is just a gesture of commercial goodwill. It turned out to be better. Can look for Daniel when you reach the customer service. He is at counter 3 . Very good service.

I agree with you as I found out when I went for the 5k servicing today at Ubi. The staffs are indeed friendly and tried their best to help when I complained of some minor problems.

Met Kalos there.

Ya, I thot Jac Phua looked like Jamie Yeo.

IMC

Ms Phua is ok....Zukaimi even better - the best.

He is a plumb Malay guy who really knows his stuff really well, when you go there, make sure you ask for him and see if he can oversee your car servicing...

Ms Phua good for lunch kaki :)

Just gone for my 1 km service at Alexandra, didn't bother with the paint shade lah. I suppose it is due to the protective coat that they didn't remove evenly.

Over time, as I wash the car, it will eventually be gone too. I am more concern with the engine and performance. So far, I am satisfied and achieving above 9.5 Km/litre.

Will start to push the car a bit more to test it out. [sly]

er hi all, i just got to read this post and i disagree wif u guys.thumbsdown.gif

i had my 1st 1k service and i didnt realise jac attended to me. i just went to recheck my service slip and reconfirm, yeah its her alright. but i dun share the same thoughts as u. u see the front air vent cause mists on the front windscreen and i asked to close it. when i collected my car, she told me its closed. next 2 days i still get the mist and i called 3 times but she was away, i left messages, but no return calls. finally i managed to reach her and asked, she told me the tech only shifted the vent not closed. then why in the 1st place was told its closed. if it is shifted then why the mist still appear at the same place? still puzzled...

and i was also told to readjust it again i need to place a booking and it will not take a short while to do. so....

ok nvm, the misty thingy doesnt really bother me much now. i have learnt to live wif it. rolleyes.gif

and guess what? not long later, i recvd a call from her. i almost fainted. argh!!

i spoke to her just awhile ago and i did quote my name and vehicle number!!

i give up!!

er guess next time i hope a guy attend to me not a female. smile.gif

... can we chose?? ha!
