You got to ask yourself some questions first.

1. Do you track?

2. Is your car turbocharged, supercharged or have some form of forced induction?

3. Do you make short trips?

4. Do travel mostly urban miles or highway miles?

5. Do you encounter heavy traffic congestion daily?

6. Is your car new or a high mileage COE car?

7. When you travel up to Malaysia on their highway, do you stick to speed limits or max out your car's speed.

8. Is fuel economy a concern?

Fair mix of both

It's registered at Jan 2003

VTEC eh? sly.gif

Hondas are blessed engines. Blessed with powers to take advantage of friction modifiers.

You can use engine oil from 0W20 to 10W30. Brand is up to you but I must say, it can be difficult or easy to find oil with such viscosity. Search the forum and ask the Hondasters what they use. I won't be surprised if it is 5W20 and 10W30.

Check with Zakuii, Trex101 and Redz.
