Fiat124sport Neutral Newbie July 11, 2005 Share July 11, 2005 Hi Broz, The HGT came with the 15" (5 x twin spoke rims), exactly the HGTs that was on display in the showrooms, with the P6000 rubbers. Sad but true, with the 4 x 98 PCD, there is not many rims choices ard. In fact there seems to be OZ & MOMO rims, with only a handful of rim designs. Haiz..... Yup, it's true we got very limited selection of rims over here in SG, especially for the 4 x 98 PCD. You don't like the 15 inch rims that came with the HGT? Very nearly wanted to get a set of HID.....still contemplating...... Btw anyone knows where to check out the aftermarket FIAT stuffs like bodykits, suspensions, clutch, shifter kinda thingy..... *wonders*.....Thks. Hi Bro, Could u elaborate on the 4 x100 pcd & Offset wheelnuts...... do u mean they fitted something at the rollers and 4 x 100 pcd rims (ie. Jap rims) can now be fitted to my ride!!! Wankie Clutched July 14, 2005 Share July 14, 2005 hi boss, afaik, the offset wheelnuts or wobbly nuts as someone called them are just a special nut that allows you to run slightly off pcd specs, i think the nut threads in slightly sideways or something like that. The other option is to use pcd adaptors which is something like a spacer that is attached over your wheel hub. You shld be able to find out more about them off the net. Never investigated either option cos don't like the idea of meddling with my wheels, would rather find something that fits correctly. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Test drive both cars today. I like the Fiat Punto when it is on manual mode. When it is on auto - it is not as smooth as the VW - POLO. However, I am leaning towards to Punto for the fuel economy (if it is really true as stated on paper). How is your Punto performing? I am worried about cost of spare parts and workshop support. You know, after hearing so many things about Fiat....... I would like to get some opinion from a current fiat owner. Well, I was told to expect to pay abt 10% - 15% more on the parts. How reliable is a fiat? I travel to KL on business trip nearly every month and a reliable and safe car is my consideration. My current Hyundai Accent 1.5M is my second accent and I must say it has served me well. I dun want to be seen squatting along the N-S highway waiting for a tow truck?
