is the aveo the same as punto?? or punto better? [gossip]

leaning towards conti cars now, with polo and punto in mind .. [thumbsup]

punto would be preferred as of the road tax thingy.. and my wallet ..[lipsrsealed]

and the interior space of punto? i got a better half, kid and dog in tow..

so gotta consider leh.. [sweatdrop]

Well...the Punto picks up pretty fast, considering that its a 1.2 CVT. Stick with the 14 inch rims that they give you - pick up and FC should be excellent.

Interior space wise, the Aveo wins. No doubt about it, the Aveo is a bigger car (physically) than the Punto.

If your concern is road tax and petrol, get the Punto. For me, switching from the Aveo to the Punto is indeed very 'wallet-friendly'. I don't see why a small family like yours shouldn't be able to fit into the Punto [nod]

Look for Brandon at TTS.

Don't know if the Punto Grande will actually make it here. Maybe it would eventually, but it might take some time. Anyway, Punto Grande's bhp is rated at 65bhp(1.2) and

77bhp(1.4). The current Punto we have here is 80bhp(1.2) [sly] . Still want to wait for the Grande? heh.....heh.....

The boot is not too small, but if you're switching from a sedan, then it does take some getting used to.

I've run about 6K+, not fully run in yet, but it's getting better everyday. [thumbsup]

Prams should not be a problem, not the super bulky ones though.

Fuel consumption for me now is 13.5km/l, considering that it isn't fully run in and the fact that I'm on 15" rims [hur][hur]
