it looks much more than it can run..so wads the point.....

and i dun understand why is there a need to shift the car plate to the left? so that it wun block ur intercooler??

 

a lancer is still a lancer...wad for make it to look like evo when it doesn;t,

 

it is absolutely no wrong to make ur lancer look more sporty, 16", lowered, bodykits. but a sports bumper wif the stupid air scoop and the car plate shifted, it is plain faking evo.....

 

my personal opinion, i dun like this...sorry if others might find it nice

ya i sort of agree...i do see some nicely kitted lancer...esp with 17 rims and lowered suspension, coilover or spring....just try to maintain the lancer look instead or making it look like a evo...of coz we all know it aint a evo and worse if a normal car out runs it...maybe the numer plate is not to block the radiator? :)

Eh, that's a DAMD styling effect bumper which by default no plate holder in the middle.. Usually ppl put sticker for the no. plate at the side, but his slightly different..

 

There are ppl who like to make their ride more unique from the the common norm which everone see from day to day, which i believe that's why there's this Car Showroom folder.

 

Lancer is still a Lancer but at least his is a DAMD bumper lancer with a air scoop(looks cool but cos drag).

Brock, is the air scoop secure with double sided tapes? If so, remind your cousin to check once in a while. My friend's window spolier flew off while driving on the expressway.

Yeah, replica. The original protrude more than the rep, as in more sharper from the side view.

but the stock bumper is already there, why wan to cut away the bumper and make a big hole to let ppl see the radiator, and pretend to make it fierce, and put the car palte by the side..

can agree evo is doing that becos of its intercooler...but a NA lancer where to find intercooler...unless he turbo charge it

not really lo...i actually smoke a lancer b4....this particular model, the car is quite nicely done up, but i thrash it wif my sunny stock...

 

we were both heading into AYE towards jurong from keppel, stop at the traffic light b4 the slip road, this young chap, blasting techno inside his car, can hear no bass, sure stock ICE. i'm carrying 3 girls in my car, air con on.....light green, we started to chiong, side by side at first, but he seems to be more draggy and started to be behind me....when merging into AYE, he was behind me and by then i was doing 110 already....

i ever saw a lancer, this particular model, wif the rear bonnet car plate portion removed, and the car plate is put on the bumper...

both of us are driving a 1.6 NA car ma....and i floor accerlator ma, so does he, but he jus slowly to get behind me and going into AYE he's jus behind me....and he filtered out and overtook mi after i release accerlatior at 110km/h, hum ji dun dare chiong somemore liaoz....

 

come on..dun look down on our sunny kk...if u think ur sunny can run, so will it...

Not looking down on sunny but it's not a car to race with but a comfort-biased one.

i;m driving a auto..LE somemore.... heavier chassis....plus 16"

yesh ppl said sunny under powered, but i myself is driving it and thrash lancer not once, is twice. tailgated a fake WRX, 1.6TS once. chase a civic on KJE at 170km/h, duno if the civic can;t run or he pang chance.....

 

but got once was on AYE doing 150, can;t catch up wif the altis in front.....

 

so wad do u think, is sunny really so underpowered. for a 1.6 NA car, the power is there liaoz....jus can;t compared wif TC cars onli...
