Hi, Need some advise here. What do you think of the COE on the 23rd of June? Will it increase or decrease?? Currently I have a few options. My SE got a open COE from the previous bidding and now offering me at a top up price of $3k. If not, I shall wait for the next COE and hopefully it will go down to avoid the $3k top up. Beside the 2 options, I can also get a guarantee COE and hope that COE will drop and I get the rebate out of it. However I guess the bottomline is whether COE will continue to increase or will it drop take into considerations of the current price of Cars (Cat B) and it is a 2 week period from the last COE bidding while the last time round is a 3 week period however the quota is due to cut in Aug and many promotion going on from AD. (Mitsubishi is offering 20% on their cars!) Pls advise. Thanks!

On the 23rd, 2 car (my car and my friend's car - total 8 of us) drove up to malaysia for dinner at 2nd link-Gelang Patah. After dinner, went to Jusco for shopping. After shopping, we went to JB Taman Sentosa for massage. Both our car was park at some lighted place for opposite is a big food court near the SHELL station where many Singaporean had their seafood there. After the massage, we went back Singapore safely. Everything seems so normal but the real nightmare started when my friends reach her carpark and informed me that her bag where she put her baby's clothing, bottles and her small pouch with IC, Driving License and credit card and some money were all disappeared. The most strange thing is that her bag is placed in the car boot and the car door was confirm locked when we went to massage. The thing that really puzzled us is that the window or windscreen or any part of the car is not damaged and the bag just disappeared in the boot! One thing i can confirmed that the bag is still with us during our Shopping at Jusco and the bag was placed in the car boot after the shopping. We really have no idea what has happened during our massage and who could have did it where they are many people walking around at that food court. Just our luck meeting a magician who can do magic to open car boot without damaging the car. FYI, our unlucky car which lost the bag is a Honda CIVIC. Do take care of your belonging and be extra careful when you are in JB.
