This man was caught red-handed throwing an empty pack of cigarettes at a STOMPer's car, thanks to an on-board DVR camera. The STOMPer described the incident: "Look what litterbugs have done to my car! "This inconsiderate guy threw his empty cigarette pack right at my car. "His act was caught on DVR camera. My car was parked at 191c Rivervale Drive's multi-storey carpark . "The guy proudly throw his empty cigarette box onto my car thinking that nobody would know. "Such inconsiderate litter bugs should be fined severely!"

Hi all, Anyone has got any idea which fuse corresponds to the Toyota Axio ciggy power source? Need to do a DIY on a blown fuse but do not understand the Japanese manual. Thanks.

Hi all, Anyone using such an item shown in the image below? I know some cars only come with one. I have also read that some people actually modify it to have 3. But I am quite reluctant to do any form of modification. So was searching for alternatives and came about such ciggy lighter splitter. Not sure if they are safe for usage and wondering if anyone is using such items in their cars. Thanks

SINGAPORE: In an effort to discourage retailers from selling cigarettes, the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) could increase retail licence fees for tobacco by September. Currently, there are three kinds of licence fees, ranging between S$40 and S$270. This figure could increase by 30 per cent. MediaCorp understands that the authorities could also impose stiffer penalties for those selling cigarettes to underaged smokers. There are about 5,000 tobacco retailers in Singapore, half of them in coffee shops and they're likely to feel the pinch. Thomas Foo, chairman, Kheng Keow Coffee Merchants, Restaurant and Bar-Owners Association, said:
