Just a thought..wonder why do smaller capacity cars say 1.6 and below like to put free flowing exhaust systems..I thought this would cause a loss in low end torque required for city driving? Even with tuning, gains aren't that much to make a huge difference also.. Cause I do see a lot of Honda Fits around with huge diameter mufflers, and then I recall they are 1.3 and they are auto..and I really wonder if there will be an improvement in drivability..

Hello forummers, Let's say I buy over a second-hand muffler from someone, and this person had the LTA-cert when he installed the muffler. When I install the muffler on my ride, what are the fees I need to pay to get it approved for my ride? -
