  1. SINGAPORE: A Chinese national has been charged in court for allegedly attacking three police officers. Liao Zhong Mi, 32, is accused of voluntarily causing hurt to two sergeants and a corporal, on 7 February. The incident happened at Albert Street just after 3am. Liao was said to have used his right foot to kick the left shoulder of one of the sergeants. He used his right foot to kick another sergeant's groin. Court documents state that Liao apparently used his right foot to kick a 22-year-old corporal in his face. For each charge, Liao faces a maximum of five years' jail, or a fine or caning, or any two of the three. - CNA/ck How come 3 against 1 also got kick? Police should have unarmed combat skills right?
  2. as we all know, the groin is a man most sensitive area. one kick there and its 'gone case'. how to prevent that area from being hit when fighting? saw in youtube that even black belt karate experts also kena hit before.

  4. I have started training hard for the marathon end of year but realised that everytime I run more than 5km, I will have abrasion in upper thighs close to the groin area. I remember in army days people told me wearing bicycle tights will help to reduce this but I have yet to try. Any other suggestions (like medicine applications, etc)? Hope experienced marathon runners here can offer tips so I dun have to walk like a crab after each run, thanks.
  5. Think girls would prefer to go down on a nicely shaved groin ;) http://bit.ly/IUACJ
