  1. Hi all, Recently bought a 2nd hand honda civic and due for sta inspection soon. Previous owner did some modification to the car. Was told that the HID ballast lights would not pass STA inspection and i need to blind it. May i know how do i go about covering or blinding it? Am i able to do it myself or do i have to bring it down to a mechanic? Help is greatly appreciated!
  2. Hi all, just bought a 2nd hand car (5 year old, 62k mileage) and sent for STA evaluation. Grading is B with the following remarks: 1) VEHICLE SHOCK ABSORBER RUBBER STOPPER SIGN OF WORN (REAR) 2) VEHICLE UPPER ARM BUSH SIGN OF WORN (FRONT) Engine, Transmission, Torque Converter, Abnormal Noise, Shock Absorbers and Wheel Bearings all normal condition. Should I be concerned about the above remarks? Thanks! 🙂
  3. Hi everyone, I just want to ask for your feedback. My friends and I are working with STA and we wanted to know what you guys think if we open an interior car vacuum extraction + steam cleaning service + disinfection centre there. The price is $280 per car to do: Dry and wet vacuum, steam clean, and disinfection. PLUS, we throw in 1 free STA inspection and 1 year Aviva personal accident insurance coverage worth $180. Will you all want to come to our place to get your car interior cleaned? If there is overwhelming interest from here, then my friends and I will get it started 😉!
