Pulai Springs in JB (Ayu Cinta Suites), are the rooms and facilities like pool clean and well maintained? Talking about the one in Skudai with the golf courses, not the one in Desaru.

Hi, i am planning to hold a private function @ K suites, saw their website and seems like it quite interesting.. 1.) each room come with different themes 2.) VIP room come with pool table, ps3, pc w internet, etc anyone held any event there? any feedback about the facilities & services? how much spent for crowd of approx 50pax? any better cheaper alternatives/lobangs to recommend? guests are mixture of guys & gals so no a-hem KTV. lolz. Please share ur experience.
