Drifting with Eagle F1

Just came back from Geylang Patah over the weekend for some drifting action at the Geylang Patah track. Here is a shot of the results of my rear tires after some decent rounds of drifting. Please note that these tires were already very worn (about only 30% left) when I went to Geylang Patah.

Overall, I'd say that it's pretty good tire for drifting. Good to throw the rear out when dumping the clutch while still being able to provide sufficient traction to keep the back from sliding out too far, thus allowing me to be able to keep the car within controllable limits during a medium size corner drift.

I'll be looking forward to trying out the Advan AD07 and Proxies T1R in the near future for drift as well.

the left side looks super worn out man... kinda curious how did the inner sidewall of the tire got to that state

I run negative camber on the rear and so the inner side walls get eaten up more. I need the negative camber to get the right grip level for drift.

We go in drifting into a corner at 80+kmh at 5,000 rpms on 2nd gear... loads of rear wheel spin...
