Finally Test drove Avante with sun roof today....

Good Points:

 

Fresh interior, fit and finish of good standard

 

Height adjustable Driver sit

 

Auto Climate control

 

Blue back lights

 

Nice oval air condition indicator

 

Rear armrest with cup holder

 

Press button boot instead of traditional lever opener

 

Ice head set, air con controls etc in good location for easy access

 

Quiet egine below 4k rpm

 

Beautifull body lines

 

Very smooth ride with great gear change

 

Nice Rear

 

New VVT engine

 

Optional sun roof, make car look sportier

 

15 inch sports rim instead of Hard caps

 

 

 

Can be better points:

 

Engine dont feel eager

 

Harsh engine tone after 4k rpm

 

Electric steering give me a not on the ground feeling, maybe not use to it

 

No build in radio head set with steering wheel controls where the Australian have it

 

 

 

Overall, will buy this car anytime over some japanese make...

i must say that for the additional of $1K ++, is really worth to get one with sun-roof, driven ROVER 416 before, with the sunroof the feeling is really .

 

given a choice, i will dure go for the one with sunroof!!

The shipment for the first batch has arrived 13 sept. Watch out for it on the road. Its going to be exciting to know whats the realistic fc. Well, still think this car is overpriced.

Yup! Think sunroof is nice, especially on white Avante, with all glass slightly tinted and with the sunroof covered from the inside, very sporty and chio...

For $15200 omv and selling at $57k, it's around there, Komoco strategy is make smaller amount compare to other makes per car but aim to sell more then other makes...

i think the avante will be very nice in either black or white... if i were to choose, i take the black!

Yup, Pilot launch may be more expensive but when high demand (which I believe Avante will) price will move downwards much later..

white? it's nice at first but hard to maintain. Anyway, there are too many

gold/silver/black cars on the road. White cars are kind of nice too.

actually to me, black colour is to hide the car design. this one may look great in white or aluminium silver (Merc's latest), because it is quite curvy.

black car need lots of attention. se told me white color face lower resale/scrap 500-1000 lesser. But white is very cio.All the other color cmi.

Interesting! Violet colour, you have seen the car in Violet? Yesterday I only saw steel gray, white and red.
