frm the chasis code seem frm lta car info on this carplate ..its look like a evo3 by birth (CE9A)..so yea..i duno..its all assumptions..

It looks like the 4G93 was swapped out for the 4G63.

yup.. tats rite... in theory you can put a 3 litre engine also.. but LTA will nv approve.. of course there are many other ways to do it and still get ur car approved... but we are not going to talk abt it openly lah... LTA is listening...
